1. Lightning protection measures for installation buildings and screens

In order to protect the display screen from strong electromagnetic attack caused by lightning, the screen body and the outer packaging protective layer of the display screen must be kept grounded, and the resistance of the grounding line should be less than 3 Ω， In this way, the current caused by thunder can be discharged from the ground in time.

2. On the selection of circuit chip

In the northeast of China, the temperature in winter can generally reach minus 10 degrees, so when choosing the circuit chip, we must choose the industrial chip whose working temperature is between minus 40 ℃ and 80 ℃, to avoid the situation that the display can not start due to the low temperature.

3. Waterproof, dustproof and moistureproof measures for the whole screen

Seamless connection shall be made between the box and the box, and between the screen and the stressed installation object, so as to avoid water leakage and dampness. Good drainage and ventilation measures should be taken in the interior of the screen. If there is water in the interior, it can be treated in time.

4. Ventilation measures should be taken inside the screen

A certain amount of heat will be generated when the screen is powered on. If the heat is not discharged and accumulated to a certain extent, the internal environment temperature will be too high, which will affect the work of the integrated circuit. If it is serious, it can lead to burnout, so that the display can not work. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the internal ventilation and heat dissipation measures of the screen, and the temperature of the internal environment should be kept between minus 10 ℃ and 40 ℃

5. Selection of high brightness wick

The choice of high brightness LED lamp, can let us in the case of direct sunlight, still show good effect, but also can enhance the contrast with the surrounding environment, so that the audience of the picture is more broad, in the distance, wide angle of view, still have good performance.
