    • 1. Tempered glass protection (the most mainstream)
     
    • High-transparency tempered glass: A thickened tempered glass layer is added on the surface, providing compression resistance, wear resistance, and slip resistance. The surface is treated with anti-slip frosting or particle texture. The disadvantages are relatively heavy weight and a risk of reflection, so anti-glare treatment is required.
     
    • Laminated tempered glass: Two layers of glass with an interlayer film in between. It will not shatter into flying fragments when broken, offering higher safety, and is mostly used in high-traffic areas.
    • 2. PC endurance board protection
     
    • A high-toughness polycarbonate sheet with impact resistance superior to glass and lighter weight. Its wear resistance is weaker than glass and it is easily scratched, making it suitable for temporary performances and stage rental floor screens.
     
    • 3. Integrated anti-slip module mask (plastic mask)
     
    • The module is directly injection-molded with an anti-slip silicone or PC mask, featuring a concave-convex anti-slip texture. It is lightweight, provides good cushioning, is not easily cracked, and offers excellent anti-slip performance. However, its wear resistance is poorer than glass, and it is prone to wear and whitening under long-term trampling.
    • 4. Coating reinforcement process (used in combination with the surface layer)
     
    • Anti-slip coating: An anti-slip particle coating is sprayed onto the glass or PC surface to increase the friction coefficient and prevent pedestrians from slipping.
     
    • Anti-glare AG coating: Reduces mirror reflection and improves viewing under strong light conditions.
     
    • Nano hydrophobic and oleophobic coating: Provides waterproof and anti-fouling properties, so stains and water marks can be wiped clean easily, reducing slipping caused by residual water.
     
    • Wear-resistant hardening coating: Used on PC sheets to improve surface hardness and reduce scratches.
    • 5. Structural sealing protection (bottom-layer protection, used together with surface processes)
     
    • Potting process: The module lamp surface is potted with silicone to protect lamp beads and ICs, providing waterproof and dustproof protection. Even if the surface glass is damaged, the circuit remains protected.
     
    • Sealing ring + splicing waterproof structure: The gaps between module splices are sealed to prevent water, sand, and mud from seeping into the interior through the gaps.
     
    • Applicable scenarios for each process
     
    • Commercial plazas, museums, exhibition halls: Laminated tempered glass + anti-slip treatment + AG anti-glare coating
     
    • Stage rental, temporary events: PC endurance board, plastic anti-slip mask
     
    • High foot traffic and safety-first applications: Laminated tempered glass
     
    • Pursuing lightweight design: Integrated plastic mask
     
    • In the industry, many floor tile screens use combined processes: tempered glass surface + anti-slip treatment + lamp surface potting and sealing, achieving triple protection of compression resistance, anti-slip, and waterproofing.
