  • First, construction preparation
 
  • (1) Technical preparation
 
  • 1) Joint review of drawings before construction.

  • (2) Material preparation
 
  • 1) The equipment, equipment and auxiliary materials required for construction are ready to meet the requirements of continuous construction and stage construction.
 
  • 2) System equipment: broadcast control server, large screen special controller, video optical terminal, display large screen, large screen display terminal, player, related broadcast control software, etc.
 
  • 3) Installation materials: fireproof bridge, video cable, optical cable, pipe, profile, cable ring, cable hook, U-shaped steel card, self-expanding bolt, etc.
 
  • 4) Auxiliary materials: gasoline 70#, signs, cotton yarn, solder wire, etc.
 
  • (3) Main machinery
 
  • 1) Construction equipment: welding machine, cutting machine, drill, grinder, special tools, etc.
 
  • 2) Test instruments: notebook for debugging, digital multimeter, intercom, spectrum analyzer, field strength meter, etc.
 
  • (4) Operating conditions
 
  • 1) The ground and power cables of the equipment room must comply with specifications.
 
  • 2) Front-end equipment, transmission equipment, power equipment, etc. are all ready, and the number of other equipment and materials should meet the requirements of continuous construction.
 
  • 3) The inspection requirements of profiles, pipes and iron parts shall meet the requirements of the relevant construction acceptance specifications.
 
  • 4) The specifications and forms of data signal cables and power cables used in the project meet the design requirements and contract requirements.
 
  • (1) Construction of frame and screen system
 
  • 1) The production requirements of the display frame: the steel should be without distortion, the blanking error should be within 5mm, the incision should be straight, smooth, no curling, burr, etc.; When drilling the frame, a bench drill should be used to drill the hole, and electrical welding is strictly prohibited. The welding requirements of the frame should be firm, no welding slag and polished to a smooth degree before painting; After the frame is finished, two layers of neutral primer should be painted first, followed by two layers of high-quality enamel, and the paint can be completely dried before installation.
 
  • 2) Display frame installation requirements: read the construction drawings carefully, measure and lay out to determine the exact position of the column and beam steel of the frame; Use electric welding or bolt to fix and install the column and beam steel frame; The frame should be straightened and levelled, and the transverse of the same layer should be on the same horizontal plane, and the height deviation should be less than 5mm; After the grounding welding of the frame, a second supplementary painting should be carried out; The back and sides of the display screen are closed with 50mm rock wool sandwich board; The waterproof inside of the screen body is required to use weather-resistant glue to seal the joint; The position of the maintenance door is determined onsite.
 
  • 3) Control system construction: Display system installation: display unit installation. Structural unit installation. Low voltage power supply installation. Exterior decoration construction of steel structure and screen body. Installation of signal cables and other necessary supporting equipment.
 
  • 4) Control system equipment installation: server installation. Video processor installed. Install the network adapter. Communication cable installation.
 
  • 5) Video equipment: program production nonlinear editor installation. Video optical terminal (industrial grade) installation; Video front end equipment, etc.
 
  • (2) Secondary cable installation
 
  • 1) Main technical requirements for secondary wiring installation:
 
  • Construction according to the drawing, wiring is correct; The connection of the electrical circuit should be firm and reliable; The end of the cable core and the conductor shall be marked with its loop number; The number should be correct, legible and not easy to decolorize; Wiring neat, clear, beautiful; Wire insulation is good, no damage; The wires in the cabinet and tray should not have connectors; Generally, each side of each terminal board has one cable, but not more than two cables. The wiring in the panel and cabinet should use a copper core insulated wire with a cross section of not less than 1.5mm2 and a voltage of not less than 400V. However, when the electronic component circuit and weak current circuit are connected by tin welding, the insulated wire with a smaller cross section can be used if the current carrying capacity and voltage drop are met and there is sufficient mechanical strength.
 
  • 2) Cabinet wiring:
 
  • The wiring in the cabinet should generally be carried out after all the meters, relays and other electrical appliances on the cabinet are installed. It is recommended to adopt the centralized wiring mode, that is, the connection cables of the same row of electrical appliances on the cabinet and disk should be gathered into the same horizontal wiring harness, and each horizontal wiring harness is gathered into a vertical wiring harness. When the wiring harness goes to the terminal block, it is gradually dispersed to the terminal block. The devices inside the cabinet can be connected directly. The devices inside the cabinet and outside the cabinet can be connected through the terminal block. When connecting the wire from the harness to the terminal post, measure the distance, cut off the excess wire, then remove the insulation layer with a wire stripper or an electrician's knife, remove the oxide layer on the line, cover the label, bend the core end into a small ring (bending direction should be the same as the screw tightening direction), insert the screw to fix it. When multiple strands of flexible wire are connected to the terminal, the end of the wire should generally be equipped with a wire nose (terminal). Spare wires can be coiled into a spiral shape and placed next to other wires, but the end should not touch other terminals.
 
  • 3) Inspection of secondary wiring
 
  • After the construction and installation of the secondary wiring, it must be strictly inspected and tested, and it can be put into operation after all are correct and qualified. Inspection test items usually include the following items: in-cabinet inspection; Check the cable between cabinets; Operating device inspection; Secondary current loop and voltage loop check; Insulation resistance measurement and AC voltage test; Operation test.
 
  • (3) Check inside the cabinet
 
  • Check contents inside the cabinet: the terminal blocks on both sides of the cabinet cannot be missing; All kinds of instruments, relays and operating devices installed in the cabinet are not lacking, and the specifications and models are in line with the design and the installation position is correct; Check the cables between devices in the cabinet and the cables leading from devices in the cabinet to the terminal block. The cables must be correctly connected. In order to prevent errors caused by parallel circuits, one end of the examined part can be unwrapped and then checked according to the actual situation when wiring. When checking the control switch, turn the switch to each position to check one by one.
 
  • (4) Inspection of connecting cables:
 
  • Check the cables between devices one by one. The low-voltage power distribution system provides the required power supply to the display system according to the first-level load. The interface point between the display system in the control center and the low-voltage power distribution system is the outlet of the automatic power switching box in the central computer room, and the automatic power switching is completed by the low-voltage power distribution system.
 
  • (5) Information guidance and release system installation
 
  • 1) The system server and workstation shall be installed in the cabinet of the computer room, and shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 6 of the construction code of GB50606-2010 Intelligent building engineering;
 
  • 2) The installation position of the display screen should have no impact on the pedestrian passage;
 
  • 3) The display should be installed in a dry place without strong electromagnetic radiation sources;
 
  • 4) Coordinate with relevant professionals and determine the bearing capacity of the floor-to-ceiling display steel frame on site to meet the design requirements;
 
  • 5) The display installed outdoors should take anti-leakage and anti-rain measures, and should meet the IP65 protection grade standard.
 
  • 6) The playback terminal of the wall-mounted display is placed in the wall hanging installation of the box in the weak current room, and the VGA transmitter is installed in the weak current room box, which is transmitted to the front end through the six types of unshielded twisted pair cable, and the receiver box is set in the front end, which is decoded by the receiver and transmitted to the TV for display and playback.
 
  • Third, quality control
 
  • The multimedia display must be securely installed. Power supply and communication transmission systems must be connected reliably to ensure application requirements;
 
  • General items shall meet the following requirements:
 
  • 1) Equipment and cable labels should be clear and explicit;
 
  • 2) Cable, signal line and power supply should be introduced separately;
 
  • 3) The installation of each device, device, box, box, cable, etc. shall meet the design requirements, and shall be reasonable layout, orderly arrangement, firm and reliable, correct cable connection, and firm crimping;
 
  • 4) The feeder connector should be firmly installed, the contact should be good, and the rain prevention and anti-corrosion measures should be taken.
 
  • Fourth, system debugging
 
  • (1) Commissioning preparations shall comply with the following provisions:
 
  • 1) Before system commissioning, commissioning plan and test plan shall be formulated and approved by joint review;
 
  • 2) The equipment specifications and installation should meet the design requirements, the installation should be stable, and the shell should not be damaged;
 
  • 3) Use a 500V megohm meter to measure the power cable, and the insulation resistance between the wire core and the ground wire should not be less than 1MΩ;
 
  • 4) Equipment and cables should be marked complete and accurate, and should meet the design requirements and GB50606-2010 "Intelligent building Engineering construction Code" Chapter 5 provisions;
 
  • 5) Cabinets, control boxes, supports, devices, and shielded cables and coaxial cables that need to be grounded should be well grounded;
 
  • 6) The voltage and power of power supply and distribution shall meet the design requirements.
 
  • (2) System debugging
  • For the large-screen information release system, the corresponding quality inspection and finished screen index acceptance have been passed before the screen body factory acceptance, so the system is mainly debugging its overall brightness and software network control display after the installation of the system. The debugging and testing of the overall brightness is relatively intuitive, and it is a process of field debugging and testing by the three parties after the completion of the system. The networking control of the software system and the display of the screen are the focus of the system debugging, which is explained as follows.
 
  • 1) Editing, making and debugging multimedia information
 
  • ① Text information: is the most common and most commonly used information in the production of the program, the preparation and processing of text information is relatively simple, mainly text writing, text translation (multi-language system), text input, text effects, in the software tools for a variety of fonts, sizes, colors, arbitrary selection, a variety of alignment and stunt display, and then according to the display of the screen to debug and proofread.
 
  • 2 Graphic information: graphics is a large amount of information expression, it can be complex and abstract information intuitively expressed, but also for the production of beautiful interface provides the necessary means, in the program software production tools, the main debugging of its support for graphics scaling, cutting and splicing degree.
 
  • 2) Debugging of monitoring and control functions of the display screen: the display screen is a key device in the display system, depending on its upper control computer can fully control its display content and display mode, and the control software provides an interface to monitor its running status.
 
  • 3) Networking function debugging: the computer equipment in the system consists of a local area network to achieve internal resource sharing, the standard network interface provides the ability to connect to its standard network, the network software provides network information release to achieve network control, and the completion of the network depends on whether each terminal can quickly respond to the command requirements of the control computer, and do a good job in debugging and acceptance reports.
 
  • 5. Self-test
 
  • (1) Hardware acceptance
 
  • Acceptance items for hardware technology and design quality include: wavelength, viewing Angle, gray level, display effect, structure.
 
  • (2) Functional acceptance of application software
 
  • Hardware acceptance objects include display products, control components, distribution cabinets, frames, etc. The main purpose of functional acceptance of application software is to check whether the system functions are fully realized, whether the system operation performance is satisfactory, whether the interface meets the specifications and the requirements of the owner, and whether the system is stable and reliable. When the system is accepted, we will control the display screen and coordinate the system of the distribution cabinet and software.
 
  • (3) System inspection shall comply with the following requirements:
 
  • 1) Test the system, fill in test records and prepare test reports;
 
  • 2) The configuration parameters and configuration descriptions of the device and software should be well documented.
 
  • (4) The inspection of the information guidance and release system shall comply with the following provisions:
 
  • 1) All menu items in the operation interface of the local software of the system should be checked item by item for accuracy and effectiveness of display;
 
  • 2) The network functions of network play control, system configuration management and log information management of the system should be checked item by item;
 
  • 3) The installation of system display equipment and the transmission line of power supply should be inspected.
